He loves to drive long distance and have fun through outdoor adventures. He is a nature lover and frequently ski, skate & snowboard in the rocky mountains, camping and having bon fire in the forest while spotting wild animals. He loves swimming in the pristine lakes, boating and rafting in the rapids. He goes hiking and biking frequently. He participates in Marathon runs. He likes café ambience and enjoys having gourmet coffees. He loves music and plays acoustic and electric bass guitar, and likes to act. Manoj enjoys movies and fond of Bollywood. He is very health conscious, consumes balanced diet, and works out regularly in the gymnasium to promote his health and wellness. Manoj cheers for Calgary Flames, an ice hockey team when they are playing against other teams.

Manoj has an excellent life skills such as cooking varieties of food from different cultures such as Continental, Oriental, American, Tandoori and South Indian dishes. He has adopted to extreme winter conditions in Canada, and loves celebrating Christmas season in Canada.
